Packing Stations
Set up a packing station and guide operators through packing and label printing.
Set up a to verify picked items, pack them, and print shipping labels.
Setting Up Packing Stations
- Open ShipOS → Fulfill → Packing Stations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
- Click Create Packing Station, enter a name, select the warehouse, and save its settings.
- Prepare the computer, barcode scanner, packaging materials, label printer, and scale.
- Configure the cartons and shipment mappings used at the station.

Packing Workflow
- Scan the order or tote barcode to load the work.
- Verify the items and quantities against the order.
- Select the carton, pack the items, and check package measurements and weight.
- Complete required checks, such as pack shots, then generate and print the shipping label.
- Attach the correct label and complete the fulfillment as prompted.
Complete or hand over in-progress work explicitly before changing operators. Review Picked By and Packed By on the fulfillment record when investigating work history.

Troubleshooting
- Wrong items: check the scanned order or tote and the picking session. Use Hospital for unresolved inventory problems.
- Wrong weight: check scale calibration, measurement units, and carton tare weight before buying the label.
- Label will not print: check printer power, connection, label stock, and the displayed error. See Printers.
- Wrong carton: select the appropriate size before label purchase and update the saved carton if its measurements are wrong.
