Packages
Review package contents, measurements, labels, and packing requirements.
Review a 's contents and measurements before buying its shipping label. Select a saved when it matches the box or mailer you are using.
Prepare a Package
Use Manual Fulfillment, Packing Stations, or Bulk Ship to pack an order.
- Allocate the products and quantities to each package. Split items across packages when needed.
- Choose a carton, or enter the dimensions and weight for custom packaging.
- Verify the final measurements, including packaging weight. Incorrect values can cause label errors or carrier corrections.
- Check the shipping service or rate shop.
- Complete the label and packing steps for your fulfillment method.
International Shipping
Check the product description, declared value, country of origin, and HS code before generating a label. Review any required customs documents. See Shipping Labels for international settings.
Packing Slips
Generate packing slips through the fulfillment workflow when required. Review packing-slip settings in Configuration and the merchant relationship.
Correct a Package
- Missing label: review the address, package measurements, carrier service, account status, and returned error.
- Wrong measurements: correct them before buying a label. Package details are locked while a shipping label is attached; void the label before changing them.
- Incomplete packing: check for unallocated items, empty packages, missing measurements, or other errors shown in the packing step.
For completed shipments, follow Revert Fulfillment. Package and tracking history is available through the order's fulfillments.
