Cybership runs your warehouse operations, from the stock you receive to the orders you ship. This overview introduces the main areas. Use the feature guides below to learn each task.

Orders and Fulfillment Orders

An order is the full record of what a customer bought, usually imported from a connected shop. It can include items that ship from somewhere else, so it doesn't determine what your warehouse ships.

A fulfillment order determines what leaves your warehouse. It lists the exact products and quantities assigned to that warehouse. One customer order can have several fulfillment orders, for example when items ship from different warehouses.

First Steps

1. After you sign in, check your team and warehouse. Your permissions and your team's enabled features determine which areas you see.
2. If you're setting up a new operation, start with team members and warehouses, then connect your shops and carriers.
3. Use the glossary for warehouse terms you haven't seen before.
