Warehouses
Create warehouses and configure shipping addresses, timezones, and warehouse access.
Create a for each facility, then configure its , , and operational defaults.
Creating a Warehouse
- Open Settings → Warehouses (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and click Create Warehouse.
- Enter the warehouse name, company, phone, and complete address, including country and any building or suite details.
- Set the facility's timezone and save.
- Add locations, configure packing stations, and grant the relevant members warehouse access.
The warehouse address supplies the shipping origin. Check it before purchasing labels.
Warehouse Configuration
Open a warehouse to update its details or operational configuration. Warehouse values override team defaults where supported; see Configuration for inheritance, picking, and replenishment settings.
Set the local timezone correctly for warehouse scheduling and time-based operations.
Changing the address updates the shipping origin on packages still Pending, Picked, or Packed. Shipped and fulfilled packages retain their historical address.
Multi-Warehouse Operations
Inventory and locations are scoped to each warehouse. Check the selected warehouse when viewing stock or assigning work, and grant members both the required permissions and warehouse access.
Order assignment depends on the sales channel and fulfillment routing. See Fulfillment Orders before changing an assignment; do not assume the nearest or least-busy warehouse is selected automatically.
