Carrier Integrations
Connect carrier accounts, control services, and review deletion impact.
Connect a carrier integration to quote rates and buy shipping labels. Use the carrier setup guides for the credentials and capabilities of each provider.
Configuring Carrier Integrations
Open Settings → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab), choose the provider, and enter its required credentials. Review enabled carriers and services before using the integration for live shipments.
Use shipment mappings for automatic service selection and rate shops for rate strategies. Merchant disabled rates restrict services for an individual relationship.
Delete an integration
Open the integration actions and choose Delete Carrier Integration.
ShipOS shows an impact summary before confirmation. Deletion removes carrier accounts, scan forms, disabled rules, and other direct child records. Historical shipping labels, packages, rates, orders, fulfillment orders, and charges remain, but their direct reference to the deleted integration is cleared.
Review affected shipment mappings, rate shops, Bulk Ship templates, and merchant disabled-rate rules before entering a reason and confirming deletion.
Carrier integration deletion is permanent. Disable carriers or services instead when the connection may be used again.
Troubleshooting
For connection errors, check credentials, carrier-account status, and the displayed error. For missing rates or failed labels, check the enabled services, package dimensions and weight, origin and destination, and account funding where required.
