Connect a to synchronize supported orders, products, inventory, and fulfillment updates.
Connecting a Shop
Open ShipOS → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab), select the platform, and follow its setup guide:
Shop Configuration
Review the order sync start date, inventory sync settings, mapped products, and warehouse locations. Settings and synchronization behavior vary by platform; use its guide for the supported options.
Configure Shipment Mappings to translate checkout shipping methods into carrier services and shipping deadlines. Verify the setup with an order before relying on automatic fulfillment.
Shop Management
Open the connected shop to review its settings and synchronization state. Confirm which shop you are changing when the team has multiple connections.
Before disconnecting, review the platform's guide and the remaining fulfillment work. Disconnecting stops synchronization; it does not erase the historical orders already imported into ShipOS.
Troubleshooting
- Orders missing: check the connection, order sync start date, platform permissions, and webhook configuration.
- Inventory not updating: check inventory sync, product mappings, warehouse/location mappings, and returned errors.
- Authentication errors: verify the integration is still installed and its credentials and permissions are valid. Follow the platform's reconnection steps.
- Duplicate orders: check for duplicate shop connections and contact support with the affected order references.
