BigCommerce Integration
Automatically sync orders, products, and tracking information between Cybership and BigCommerce.
Connect BigCommerce to import orders and product listings and publish inventory.
Setting Up the Integration
- Open Settings → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and choose Add Integration → BigCommerce.
- Click Install BigCommerce App and sign in with store-admin access.
- Review the requested permissions and select the Cybership team that owns the store.
- Set an Order Sync Start Date if older orders should be excluded, then finish installation.
- Review the shop, product links, and inventory settings before fulfilling orders.
How Synchronization Works
Orders and products sync through initial import, webhooks, and supported manual sync actions. Products with options become listings and variants; verify their product links.
Orders awaiting payment, disputed orders, and orders requiring manual verification can receive holds. Resolve the source status in BigCommerce and check the updated hold in Cybership. Partial shipments remain separate from fully fulfilled orders.
The current Cybership integration writes inventory to the first location returned by BigCommerce's location list. It does not publish a separate quantity to each Cybership warehouse's corresponding BigCommerce location. Confirm the destination location before enabling inventory sync.
Troubleshooting
- Missing historical orders: Check the order sync start date.
- Missing updates: Check authorization, sync results, and webhook delivery before reconnecting.
- Order held: Review its payment, dispute, or verification status in BigCommerce.
- Inventory mismatch: Check the destination location, product variant link, and Cybership availability.
You can connect separate stores with separate shop configurations. Uninstalling the app stops the connection; review existing records and ownership before reconnecting.
