Manual Shop Integration
Manage orders from non-integrated sources and custom order imports through Cybership's manual shops.
Use a manual shop for orders entered in Cybership or imported from systems without a connected sales channel.
Setting Up Manual Shops
- Open Settings → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and choose Add Integration → Manual.
- Enter a shop name and select its owning merchant where prompted.
- Click Create Manual Shop.
Confirm the owner before creating orders. Each shop has its own order numbering; the merchant relationship determines applicable fulfillment billing.
Create Orders
Create and review a draft order with the customer, complete address, products, quantities, shipping preferences, and notes. Convert it to an order when ready for fulfillment.
For automated file imports, connect SFTP. Use its exact CSV layout and stable external order numbers.
Manual shops have no external storefront to synchronize. Check Orders for fulfillment status and Shipping Labels for shipment details.
