WooCommerce Integration

Automatically sync orders, products, and tracking information between Cybership and WooCommerce.

Connect WooCommerce to import orders and product listings and publish warehouse inventory.

Setting Up the Integration

  1. Make sure the store's REST API is reachable and you can sign in as a WooCommerce administrator.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and choose Add Integration → WooCommerce.
  3. Enter the HTTPS store URL, select its owning team, and click Connect WooCommerce Store.
  4. Approve the requested access in WooCommerce and return to Cybership.
  5. Review product links and inventory-sync settings before processing orders.

Use unique SKUs for products and variations. Simple products and variable-product variations need correct listing links to warehouse products. External/affiliate products do not require warehouse fulfillment.

How Synchronization Works

Order and product changes arrive through webhooks and sync jobs. Use the shop's sync actions to recover missing updates and inspect the result; synchronization is not a guaranteed delivery-time window.

WooCommerce pending and on-hold payment states can place orders on hold. Resolve payment or review the state in WooCommerce, then check the synchronized fulfillment order.

When enabled, inventory sync publishes Cybership availability to WooCommerce. Storefront quantity edits should not be treated as physical warehouse adjustments; use inventory workflows.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection fails: Check the HTTPS URL, administrator authorization, REST API access, and any firewall or plugin blocking requests.
  • Missing products or orders: Review sync results and confirm product/variation SKUs and listing links.
  • Order on hold: Check its WooCommerce payment/status and the hold reason in Cybership.
  • Inventory differs: Confirm the owning merchant, listing link, stock, and inventory-sync setting before making a correction.

Multiple stores can be connected with separate shop configurations. See merchant onboarding when a merchant is connecting their own store.
