WooCommerce Onboarding

Connect WooCommerce stores to Cybership

Complete merchant setup first, then follow these steps.

Connect Store

  1. Go to ShipOS → Settings → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab)
  2. Click Add Integration
  3. Select "WooCommerce"
  4. Enter store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com)
  5. Click "Connect"
  6. Log in as WooCommerce admin (different tab)
  7. Approve connection request

Product Sync

Products sync automatically when changes occur in your WooCommerce store.

All WooCommerce products need unique SKUs to link properly.

For a manual sync, open ShipOS → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab), select the store, then choose Actions → Sync all products.

Test Integration

  1. Create test order in WooCommerce
  2. Verify order appears in Cybership
  3. Process order in Cybership
  4. Verify tracking updates in WooCommerce

The store REST API and webhook endpoints must be reachable by the integration. Check firewall or plugin restrictions if sync fails.

Shopify Onboarding

Connect a merchant's Shopify store and route orders to Cybership fulfillment locations.

Billing

Rate cards define pricing. Invoices aggregate charges and calculate costs.
