Product Listings
Link sales-channel variants to the correct warehouse products.
Link each to the whose inventory should fulfill it. Several sales-channel variants can share one internal product.
Viewing Product Listings
Open ShipOS → Listings (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab). Search by name or SKU and filter by shop or link status. Open a variant to review its channel information and linked product.
Link a Variant
- Find an unlinked or incorrectly linked variant.
- Open Actions and choose Create and Link Product or Change Product Link, as appropriate.
- Create the missing product or select the correct existing product.
- Review the identity, SKU, and variant option before confirming.
Automatic matching uses the incoming SKU when available and a title fallback when there is no usable SKU. Check the result rather than assuming similarly named variants share inventory. Duplicate SKUs can make the match ambiguous.
Link products before accepting new orders where possible. Existing order lines capture product information at import; correcting a listing does not necessarily repair earlier custom-product lines.
Product Listing Sync
The connected channel supplies listing details. Review its integration settings for product synchronization, inventory publishing, and location mapping:
Inventory shared by multiple listings comes from their linked product. Use Understanding Inventory to distinguish physical stock from Available. Do not assume that a manual platform adjustment updates warehouse stock.
Troubleshooting Product Listings
- Not linked: compare the SKU and product identity, check whether the product exists, then link the intended record manually.
- Inventory not publishing: check the link, enabled inventory sync, platform inventory tracking, warehouse mapping, and returned integration errors.
- Duplicate or recreated variants: review channel identifiers and existing orders before changing links or removing records.
- Order cannot enter picking: inspect the fulfillment order's product mapping, inventory, warehouse, and readiness issues. Custom products require a different fulfillment path.
