Product Bulk Update

Update product properties by editing an export and importing it again.

How to Bulk Update

1. Open ShipOS → Products (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and export the products to update.
2. Edit the required fields in the CSV. Keep each existing id and _lock (Do not modify) value unchanged.
3. Return to Products, click Import, and upload the edited file.
4. Review the completed job's updated, skipped, and failed rows.

Products are matched by ID, not SKU. A blank ID creates a new product. See Import Products for supported fields, conflict protection, and safe retries.
