Fulfillments
Review shipped products, packages, tracking, and the people who completed fulfillment.
Review a to see the products shipped in one . A can have multiple fulfillments.
Viewing Fulfillments
Open an order from Fulfillment Orders (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and select Fulfillments. Review the package contents, shipping label, tracking information, and shipment status.
When available, Picked By and Packed By identify who completed the work. The order view combines them as Picked & Packed By when the same person did both.
Use Reports (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) for saved history or Export Fulfillments for CSV records including line-item details.
Draft Fulfillments
A draft shipment is not complete. Open Manual Fulfillment, finish packing, and review the final action before completing. Completion records the shipment and applies the configured inventory, billing, and sales-channel updates.
Fulfillment Methods
Choose Bulk Ship for matching orders, Picking Sessions for warehouse picking, or Manual Fulfillment for one order. Programmatic workflows can use the fulfillment API.
Reverting Fulfillments
Use Revert Fulfillment to correct a completed shipment. Review label, inventory, billing, and sales-channel consequences before confirming.
