Scan Forms

Batch shipping labels into carrier manifests for pickup.

Create a (manifest) to group eligible shipping labels for carrier pickup.

Create Scan Forms

  1. Open Scan Forms (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
  2. Click Create Scan Forms and select the warehouse.
  3. Review the run's progress and the result for each carrier integration.
  4. Download and print the completed forms for the pickup driver.

Create another run for packages shipped after the earlier forms were generated.

Package Requirements

Eligible packages must have shipped today in the warehouse's timezone, have a Cybership-generated label from a supported integration, and not already be manifested. Externally uploaded labels are not included.

Scan forms are supported through EasyPost, USPS, and BukuShip; Generic integrations do not support them.

If a Form Is Missing

Check the package's shipment date, warehouse timezone, label source, carrier integration, and existing manifest before creating another run.

A run can partially succeed. Use the successful forms and review the failed carrier's error. After resolving the error, create another run for the remaining eligible packages; do not discard successful forms just because another carrier failed.

Revert Fulfillment

Undo fulfillments for address changes, service corrections, or errors.

Cartons

Save packaging dimensions and tare weights for use during fulfillment.
