Manager Dashboard

Monitor workers, review today's staffing, and assign work from one operational view

The Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) is the main Labor landing page. It shows the workforce for the selected warehouse and gives managers a fast path into worker details and job assignment.

Open the Dashboard

Go to the Labor Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and confirm the warehouse badge matches the facility you are managing.

Worker Groups

Use the tabs above the table to change the worker group:

TabWho It Shows
Clocked inWorkers with active work, break, or lunch time
Scheduled for TodayWorkers assigned to today's shift who have not clocked in
Clocked outWorkers who are neither clocked in nor scheduled today
All AvailableEveryone available with the dashboard's current filters

Each tab includes its worker count. Start with Scheduled for Today near shift start and Clocked in once operations are underway.

Worker Table

The table shows:

  • Worker Name
  • Status
  • Current Job
  • Next Job
  • Shift

Status shows whether a worker is clocked in, clocked out, on break, or at lunch. The Shift column provides today's scheduling context. Select any row to open that worker's detail page.

Assign the Next Job

A next-job assignment prepares work for one worker without immediately changing their current activity.

  1. Open the worker from the Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
  2. Select Assign Next Job from the worker's available actions.
  3. Choose an active job for the worker's warehouse.
  4. Select Assign Job.

The queued job appears in the dashboard's Next Job column and can be presented to the worker during their kiosk workflow. Assigning a different next job replaces the earlier queue.

Assign a Job to Multiple Workers

Bulk assignment moves selected workers onto the same job now.

  1. Select the checkboxes beside the workers.
  2. Choose Assign Job to … Selected.
  3. Select the job.
  4. Confirm the assignment.

Workers already clocked in switch to the selected job. Workers who are not working are clocked in as part of the assignment.

Use bulk assignment only when work should start now. Use Assign Next Job when the job should remain queued for later.

Bulk assignment must be enabled in Labor Settings, and your role must be allowed to manage Labor time tracking.

Manage an Individual Worker

Open a worker row to access their Labor actions and detail views.

Time and Attendance Actions

Depending on the worker's current state and your permissions, actions can include:

  • Clock in
  • Clock out
  • Start or end a break
  • Start or switch the current job
  • Finish the current job while keeping the worker clocked in
  • Add a manual activity entry
  • Record or cancel a call-out

Finish Current Job ends only the current job segment and leaves the worker in paid time with no job. Clock Out ends paid time and should be used when the worker is leaving.

Add a Manual Activity Entry

Use a manual entry for missed scans or verified off-kiosk work:

  1. Open the worker.
  2. Choose Add Manual Activity Entry from the action menu.
  3. Select the job. The entry uses the warehouse currently selected in ShipOS.
  4. Enter the start and end time.
  5. Add notes explaining the correction.
  6. Confirm the entry.

Review the time with the worker before saving. Use the worker's Timeline to edit or remove a completed entry when a correction is required.

Multi-Warehouse Teams

Labor views follow the warehouse selected in ShipOS. Switch the warehouse before assigning jobs, reviewing shifts, or making corrections. For simultaneous supervision, open a separate Live Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) or TV Display (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) for each active facility.

Troubleshooting

A Worker Is Missing

  1. Check all four worker-group tabs.
  2. Confirm the correct warehouse is selected.
  3. Confirm the worker belongs to the team and has the expected warehouse access.
  4. Refresh if the browser recently lost its network connection.

Status or Job Looks Stale

  1. Open the worker and verify the active entry.
  2. Confirm the kiosk and Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) are using the same warehouse.
  3. Refresh the page.
  4. Open the worker from Members (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and correct the entry if the underlying time record is wrong.

Bulk Assignment Is Missing

Confirm that workers are selected, bulk assignment is enabled in Labor Settings, and your role can write Labor time tracking.
