Live Operations & Hourly Board

Labor includes three live operations views for different audiences:

These views follow the warehouse selected in ShipOS. Check the warehouse selector before using a board for floor decisions.

Live Board

The Live Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) groups active workers into columns based on their current work. Each worker row can show:

• Worker name and current status
• Current job and elapsed time
• Next queued job, when one is assigned
• Today's shift
• Recent activity
• A break-compliance warning when attention is needed

The number in each column header is the current worker count. Workers without an active job appear in No Job, making unassigned labor easy to spot.

Select a worker to open their detail page. Select a linked job to review the job itself. Use the Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) when you need to clock someone in or out, start or end a break, assign work, or correct an entry. Daily Goal Pacing

Enter the warehouse's shipment goal in Goal. When order progress is available, the header shows:

• Percentage of the goal completed
• Required shipments per hour for the rest of the operating day
• Done! after the goal is reached
• Color cues that indicate whether current packing capacity is on pace

The goal is a live planning aid for the open Live Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab). Re-enter it when starting a new board session.

Using the Board During a Shift

1. Confirm the correct warehouse is selected.
2. Check No Job and any compliance warnings first.
3. Compare worker counts across work areas.
4. Use the Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) to move or queue work.
5. Watch the Live Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) reflect the new assignments.

TV Display

Select the TV icon on the Live Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) to open the monitor-friendly TV Display (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) in a new tab. The TV Display uses the same worker groupings but removes manager actions and profile links.

Use it for:

• Shift standups
• Shared staffing visibility
• Current work and break awareness
• A continuously open warehouse-floor display

Open one display per warehouse when supervising multiple facilities. If the TV asks for a warehouse, select one before leaving the screen unattended.

Hourly Board

The Hourly Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) separates Pickers (Multi-Item & Single-Item Batches) and Packers (Multi-Item & Single-Item Batches) and shows output across the operating day.

Filters and Summary

Use the controls above the board to choose:

• Date
• Shift or all shifts
• Position or all positions
• Pickers or packers

The summary changes with the selected mode and shows:

• Active pickers or packers
• Picks or packs processed
• Average output per productive hour

Reading the Table

Each worker row shows output in hourly columns and a total for the day. The highest-output workers receive rank markers. Select a worker row to inspect their hourly detail.

Colors compare each hourly result with the performance thresholds configured for the warehouse:

• Excellent — at or above the excellent threshold
• Good — between the good and excellent thresholds
• Needs Improvement — below the good threshold

The total row at the bottom shows combined output for each hour. When order information is available, the order-status chart below the table helps relate labor output to remaining demand.

Select Export CSV to download the hourly results using the same date, shift, position, warehouse, and pick/pack selection shown on screen.

Troubleshooting

No Workers Appear

1. Confirm the correct warehouse is selected.
2. Confirm workers are clocked in at that warehouse.
3. Check the selected date, shift, position, and pick/pack mode.
4. Clear narrow filters and try again.
5. Refresh the page if the device recently lost its network connection.

A Worker Is in the Wrong Column

Open the worker from the Live Board (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and review their active job and time entry. Use the Manager Dashboard (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) or Worker Detail to correct the assignment or entry.

Hourly Output Looks Incomplete

Confirm the date and filters, then check whether the worker performed the selected type of work. Current activity may appear before the completed output for that hour is fully represented.
