BukuShip Integration

Connect BukuShip to quote shipping rates and buy labels from your account.

Setting Up the Integration

1. Prepare the Organization Number, account Email Address, and Connect Token supplied for your BukuShip organization.
2. Configure the carrier accounts you intend to use in BukuShip.
3. Open Settings → Integrations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and choose Add Integration → BukuShip.
4. Enter a name and the organization credentials, then click Connect BukuShip.
5. Review the synchronized carrier accounts and test the intended service.

Use separate, clearly named integrations for separate BukuShip organizations.

Shipping

Enter complete origin and destination addresses, actual package weight and dimensions, and any required customs details. Review the returned service and price before purchasing.

Use shipment mappings or rate shops for automatic selection. Use scan forms for supported end-of-day manifests.

Carrier services, prices, package limits, and international requirements depend on the account and route. Review current provider requirements when a shipment is rejected.

Troubleshooting

• Authentication failure: Check the account, credentials, and authorization. Update the connection if credentials changed.
• No rates: Check enabled carrier accounts and services, address completeness, package measurements, and service coverage.
• Purchase failure: Review the displayed error and account funding where applicable. Inspect existing labels before retrying.
• Tracking missing: Check the label and carrier tracking; a purchased label may not yet have a carrier scan.

For voiding or replacement, follow Shipping Labels. Refund eligibility and timing depend on the provider; a void request is not a confirmed refund.
