Non-Sellable Locations

Exclude quarantine, damaged, or restricted inventory from available stock.

Inventory in a non-sellable location does not count toward available stock. Use non-sellable locations for damaged goods, quarantine, quality-control holds, or other inventory that must not be promised to customers.

A non-sellable location must also be non-pickable.

Update One Location

  1. Open ShipOS → Locations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
  2. Open the location's row actions and select Update.
  3. Clear Sellable and Pickable.
  4. Select Update Static Location.

Update Locations in Bulk

  1. Open ShipOS → Locations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and select Export.
  2. In the exported CSV, set both sellable and pickable to false for each location you want to update.
  3. Return to the Locations page (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and select Import.
  4. Upload the edited CSV and complete the import.

Keep the CSV headers unchanged so Cybership can match each value to the correct field.

Find Non-Sellable Locations

  1. Open ShipOS → Locations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
  2. Add the Sellable filter.
  3. Set the filter to false.

Open a location to review the inventory stored there.

Return Inventory to Available Stock

After the inventory is cleared for sale, open the location's Update action and select Sellable. Select Pickable as well if the inventory should be available to standard picking, and then save the change.
