Replenishment Report
Track products needing transfer from non-pickable to pickable locations.

When Replenishment is Triggered
The system identifies products needing replenishment when either condition is true:
- Insufficient for orders: Pickable inventory cannot fulfill allocated orders
- Below minimum level: Pickable inventory falls below the product's configured Minimum Stock Level
Replenishment tasks only appear when non-pickable source stock exists to transfer from. If all inventory is already in pickable locations, no task is created.
Report Columns

| Allocated | Quantity allocated to orders |
| Replenishment Level | Configured minimum stock level across all pickable locations |
| Available in Pickable Bins | Quantity in pickable locations |
| Orders Needing This | Number of allocated orders (prioritize high counts) |
| QTY Needed from Non-pickable Bins | Amount to transfer from non-pickable locations |
Access
ShipOS → Inventory → Replenishment (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab)Process Transfers
- Open ShipOS → Inventory → Replenishment (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) to view tasks
- Select products and source locations
- Create a putaway list
- Execute transfers via the mobile app

Configure Stock Levels
Configure replenishment settings on each product:
ShipOS → Products (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) → select product → Config → Replenishment
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Minimum Stock Level | Threshold that triggers replenishment when pickable stock falls below |
| Maximum Stock Level | Target quantity to replenish to (defaults to Minimum if set to 0) |
| Increment Level | Round quantities to this multiple (e.g., 12 for case packs) |
