Non-Pickable Locations

Inventory in a non-pickable location is excluded from standard picking. Use non-pickable locations for overstock, pallet storage, or other inventory that should remain available but should not be allocated to a normal picking session.

Bulk Ship can still use inventory from a non-pickable location when that location is selected explicitly.

Update One Location

1. Open ShipOS → Locations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
2. Open the location's row actions and select Update.
3. Clear Pickable.
4. Select Update Static Location.

A non-pickable location can remain sellable. Its inventory can count as available stock even though it is excluded from standard picking.

Update Locations in Bulk

1. Open ShipOS → Locations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and select Export.
2. In the exported CSV, set pickable to false for each location you want to update.
3. Return to the Locations page (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab) and select Import.
4. Upload the edited CSV and complete the import.

Keep the CSV headers unchanged so Cybership can match each value to the correct field.

Find Non-Pickable Locations

1. Open ShipOS → Locations (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
2. Add the Pickable filter.
3. Set the filter to false.

Open a location to review the inventory stored there.

Make a Location Pickable Again

Open the location's Update action, select Pickable, and save the change. A non-sellable location cannot be made pickable until it is also made sellable.
