Warehouse Metrics Dashboard
Use the ShipOS home page to monitor orders, fulfillment, shipping, warehouse activity, and Labor
The ShipOS home page brings current warehouse metrics, action items, operating trends, and Labor snapshots into one dashboard. Use it for a quick operating review; use Reports when you need a saved result, recurring schedule, or CSV export.
Open the Dashboard
- Go to ShipOS → Home (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).
- Confirm the selected warehouse.
- Choose the time range.
- For a 3PL, optionally choose one merchant.
Your role needs Reports — View. The selected warehouse controls the dashboard's operating scope.
Dashboard Filters
Time Range
Choose:
- Last 24 hours
- Yesterday
- This week
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Custom range
The dashboard uses the selected warehouse's local time when grouping activity. A custom range remains pending until both dates are selected.
Merchant
The merchant filter is available to 3PL teams. Choose one merchant to focus supported order, fulfillment, shipping, revenue, utilization, and Labor panels, or choose All Merchants for the full warehouse view.
Action Items always represent the selected warehouse across all merchants so urgent work is not hidden by the merchant filter.
Headline Metrics
Five tabs at the top summarize the selected period and show a trend chart:

| Avg Order Value | Average recorded order total, including tax and shipping, for the distinct customer orders counted by Orders |
Each tab shows its current value, change from the comparable earlier period, and latest update time. Select a tab to change the chart below the metric row.
Action Items
Action Items highlights warehouse conditions that may require follow-up. Each card shows a count, description, and severity color and links to the relevant ShipOS page.

Open the linked page to investigate and resolve the underlying work. The dashboard card is a pointer; it is not the place where the operational record is changed.
Operating Panels
The panels below the headline metrics answer different warehouse questions.

Some panels have a naturally different scope. Backlog and Warehouse Utilization are current snapshots rather than historical counts, so the date range does not limit them. When a merchant is selected, Warehouse Utilization includes locations holding that merchant's inventory, but a location is considered occupied if it contains any inventory. Throughput, Activity Event Ranking, Activity Timeline, and Event Breakdown use the selected warehouse and its local calendar across preset and custom ranges. They do not apply the merchant selector. Throughput counts each worker's distinct active clock hours, so one person contributes one active hour for each hour of the warehouse's local time in which Cybership recorded at least one action for that person. Use the label and context shown on each panel when comparing numbers.
Labor Metrics
The Picking and Packing panels appear when Labor is enabled.
Picking

Picking totals and rates use completed, human-operated sessions with a positive elapsed time from session start to close. Eaches per hour divides the number of individual product units picked by that same elapsed time. Sessions are assigned to a selected range by their start time.
Packing
- Fulfillment orders packed
- Average pack time
- Units per hour
- Five fastest packers, including average time and units
Packing totals and rates use completed packing work for fulfillment orders, performed by an identified team member and assigned to a selected range by its start time. Units per hour divides the units packed by the recorded time from packing start to packing completion.
Use these panels for a quick operating snapshot. For worker efficiency, picker scores, baselines, job allocation, employee logs, or performance exports, open Labor Performance (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab). The home dashboard does not provide CSV exports. Follow a panel into its operational area or use Reports when you need downloadable data.
Troubleshooting
A Panel Has No Data
- Confirm the selected warehouse.
- Try a wider time range.
- Clear the merchant filter.
- Confirm matching activity exists in that scope.
- Check the panel's latest update time and refresh the page.
Labor Panels Are Missing
Confirm Labor is enabled for the team and that the selected warehouse has picking or packing activity in the chosen period.
A Number Differs from a Report
Confirm both views use the same warehouse, dates, merchant, and record definition. The home dashboard reflects current calculated metrics, while a completed report preserves the result generated with its saved parameters.
