Universal Scanner
Scan any barcode to identify products, locations, totes, and shipping containers.
Scan a barcode to look up a product, location, or tote in the selected warehouse and open the available stock actions.
Using the Scanner
- From the home screen, tap Universal Scanner under the Scanning section
- Scan any barcode with your HID scanner (USB or Bluetooth)
- View detailed information about the scanned item
What You Can Scan
When you scan a product barcode, you'll see:
- Product details (name, SKU, image)
- Description (if available)
- Dimensions (length x width x height in measurement units)
- Product type
- All stock locations in the current warehouse
- On-hand quantities at each location
Pickable/Non-PickableandSellable/Non-Sellablestatus badges- Lot codes (if applicable)
Tap Add Stock to add new stock to the product. Tap any existing stock location to access stock management actions:
- Edit Stock - Update quantity and details
- Transfer Stock - Move to another location
- Delete Stock - Remove from location

Pull down on any result screen to reload the latest data.
