Stock Adjustments & Transfers
Adjust inventory quantities and transfer stock between locations.
Use the mobile app to correct recorded quantities or transfer physical stock. Check the stock identity and units before confirming a change.
Accessing Stock Management
Use Universal Scanner on the Home tab. Scan a product barcode or location barcode to see stock management options.
Stock Operations
From Product Scan:
- Scan product barcode in Universal Scanner
- Tap Add Stock button
- Select location from the location picker
- Enter quantity on hand in the Quantity On Hand field
- Optionally enter lot code and expiration date
- Tap Add Stock to save
- Tap Close to cancel
From Location Scan:
- Scan location barcode in Universal Scanner
- Tap Add Stock button
- Select product from the product picker
- Enter quantity on hand in the Quantity On Hand field
- Optionally enter lot code and expiration date
- Tap Add Stock to save
- Tap Close to cancel
Before Confirming
Each transfer uses one source and one destination. Use separate transfers to split stock, and keep the quantity within available stock. The destination must differ from the source.
Changes take effect when confirmed. Correct a mistake with a documented stock correction or reverse physical transfer after reviewing history. Virtual bundles do not hold their own stock; manage their components.
