Authentication

Email and Password

1. Enter your email and password
2. Tap Sign In

Barcode Badge

1. Tap Start Scanning
2. Scan the active authentication badge issued from your team member profile

Initial Setup

After signing in:

1. Select your team (auto-selected if you only have one)
2. Select your warehouse

HID Scanner Setup (Optional)

• USB scanners: Plug in via USB-C adapter
• Bluetooth scanners: Pair through device Bluetooth settings
• Configure the scanner to send Enter/Return after every barcode
• No in-app scanner configuration is needed

Shared Labor Kiosks

Labor kiosks use the same mobile app but do not use a normal signed-in user session. On a dedicated, signed-out tablet, tap the Sign In heading three times and confirm Enter Kiosk Mode, then enter the pairing code created in Settings → Labor → Kiosks (opens the Cybership dashboard in a new tab).

Switching Teams or Warehouses

1. On the home screen, tap the Team or Warehouse card
2. Select from the available options
3. Changes apply immediately

Your team and warehouse selection is shared across web and mobile—switching on one platform updates the other.
